Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions concerning our online store.

1. How to buy tickets online?
Buying tickets online is easy. Read the detailed instructions here.

2. Can I buy tickets without registering?
Yes you can. All purchases can also be made by giving your name and email address.  

3. How to register for the Fair Club?
Register for the Fair Club and become a VIP customer. Please note that the Fair Club is in Finnish only.

4. How can I pay?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard) and payment is also accepted via netbanks.  
When using netbanks you are transferred to your bank's website and payment can be made from the account of your choice. Note please that you are required to return to the online store to ensure the payment's registration. Make sure you return by using the return button on the netbank's website, not the one on your browser. Terms of sale and payment.  

No service vouchers are accepted according to the Finnish tax authorities' rules.  

5. Delivery costs
No delivery costs are added. The end sum of your purchases is noted already in the shopping cart.  

6. How do I get the tickets and print them out? Print out the tickets after payment. Tickets are also sent to your email address as a pdf file. For opening the pdf file you need to download Adobe Reader (free of charge).  

7. Is a printed ticket needed or can I show the ticket on my phone?
Make sure that the pdf file can be opened and the ticket's code read before entering Messukeskus Helsinki. It is always wise to have a printed copy with you just in case the internet connection does not work.  

8. How to cancel orders?
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed into other events. All customers accept the terms of sale when ordering tickets.  

9. Can tickets be used by anyone?
Tickets are not personal and you can freely buy tickets as a gift for anyone. Note please that in case the ticket holder is entitled to a discount (children, pensioners, students, conscripts) the needed id for this discount needs to be presented when entering Messukeskus Helsinki.  

10. What to do when entering Messukeskus Helsinki?
Look for the nearest online store station at the entrances. Place the ticket to a reader and follow the instructions. Be prepared to show your id that validates a possible discount (students, children, pensioners and conscripts).  Fulltime tickets are changed into wristbands at the online store stations.  

11. What to do with group tickets and family tickets?
Members of groups do not need to arrive at the same time. However, the family ticket requires entering Messukeskus Helsinki at the same time.  

12. Location of Messukeskus Helsinki and parking
Messukeskus Helsinki is located at Messuaukio 1, 00520 Helsinki. The parking facilities are best accessed through Ratapihantie 17. Messukeskus Helsinki is easily accessed with public transportation.  

The parking fee is 12 € for one day and a parking ticket can be bought from the ticket dispenser or at the cashiers'. The ticket is valid 24 h after purchasing. Read more detailed information from the Travel & Parking info.

Fair Club

Cancelling membership or newsletters
All members can choose the events of which they want to receive information and special offers from. This list of events can be edited by logging into the Fair Club. The membership can also be cancelled by deleting all events from your favourites.
