Purchasing tickets, payment methods, terms and conditions

After the payment return to the online store to verify your purchase and to print out your tickets. The tickets are also sent to your email address as a pdf file.

No service vouchers are accepted according to the Finnish tax authorities' rules. 

Pre-event prices and discounts

Online store’s pre-event prices are valid only at the online store until 12pm, the night before opening day. During the event the prices at the online store are the same as when purchasing tickets at the door.

Children (7-15 years) have their own discount price ticket. Depending on the event, children under 7 years are free of charge or another discount price ticket is available.

Students, pensioners, conscripts, unemployed and crisis management veterans have their own discount price ticket. See the instructions for needed documents.

If you have received a coupon code e.g. from a Messuklubi newsletter or our partner, add the correct ticket to cart and apply the coupon code at the checkout before payment. Check the coupon code giver’s instructions to which ticket the coupon code applies. Coupon code cannot be used for other discount price tickets, e.g. children or pensioner tickets or combo tickets, e.g. brunch and entrance.

Coupon code to online store cannot be used when purchasing tickets at the door or after their validity period.

Delivering tickets and delivery costs

You can print out the tickets after the payment from your internet browser. Tickets are also sent to your email address as a pdf file. For opening the pdf file you need to download Adobe Reader (free of charge). 

If you buy several tickets, you receive them as one (1) pdf file and each ticket is on its own page.

You do not need to print out the ticket. The QR-code on the ticket can also be read from your smartphone. Please make sure that the pdf file can be opened on your smartphone before entering Messukeskus Helsinki.

No delivery costs are added. The end sum of your purchases is noted already in the shopping cart.  

Entering the event

The QR-code on the ticket is read electronically at the entrance from a paper printout or a smartphone screen. Show the QR-code to the reader device and gate opens. Please make sure that the pdf file can be opened on your smartphone before entering Messukeskus Helsinki.

Please notice that in case the ticket holder is entitled to a discount (children, students, pensioners, conscripts, unemployed and crisis management veterans) please prepare to present the needed document to our personnel. See the instructions for needed documents.

If you have purchased more than one ticket, such as group tickets, you can pre-distribute the tickets and you can arrive at the fair at a different time. If you do not pre-distribute the tickets, let the others in first and come in yourself last.

With the family ticket, the whole family should arrive together at the fair. If you have purchased a family ticket, head to the service point at the entrance where your ticket is read.

The full time ticket is exchanged for a bracelet at the service point at the entrance on the first visit. The bracelet allows you to walk through the gates back and forth on the days of the event.

Combo tickets, such as a brunch and an entry ticket, are exchanged at the service point at the entrance.

Canceling the order

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed to other events’ tickets. All customers accept the terms of sale when ordering tickets.  

Membership to Fair club Messuklubi

You can register as our VIP customer and become a member to our fair club Messuklubi. Note! Messuklubi is available only in Finnish.

As a member you receive useful information in advance and benefit from the discounts and special offers before others. You can update your contact information and print tickets again if needed. The members receive newsletters from their favorite events 4-6 times a year depending on your interests.

You can update your contact information or cancel membership by signing in.

You can apply your Messuklubi coupon code at our online store also using Fast Order without signing in.

Personality of tickets

Tickets are not personal and you can freely buy tickets as a gift for anyone. Please notice that in case the ticket holder is entitled to a discount (children, students, pensioners, conscripts, unemployed and crisis management veterans) please prepare to present the needed document to our personnel. Problem situations

Forgotten Messuklubi password or problems changing it

Ask for a new password

If you have problems changing your password, please contact our customer service tel. +358 40 450 3250 or visitors@messukeskus.com. You can also buy tickets using the Fast Order.

The tickets were charged but never received

Check your junk mail folder first. If you were logged in to your Messuklubi account when purchasing the tickets, you can find the tickets on your account.

Problems opening or printing out the tickets

For opening the ticket as pdf file you need to download Adobe Reader (free of charge).

You do not need to print out the ticket. The QR-code on the ticket can also be read from your smartphone. Please make sure that the pdf file can be opened on your smartphone before entering Messukeskus Helsinki.

Browser crash or freezing

If your browser freezes, crashes, or the page is not loading, clear your browser's cache and start over. You can also try another web browser or device. We recommend using a Chrome browser.

Some browser problems are caused by plugins (such as Flash or Java). Common problems caused by plug-ins are, for example, crash, jamming, or download problems. If you have problems using your browser, please see the browser’s own support pages.

Problems with discount code

Check the coupon code giver’s instructions to which ticket the coupon code applies and that you have the correct ticket and the correct amount of them. Coupon code cannot be used for other discount price tickets, e.g. children or pensioner tickets or combo tickets, e.g. brunch and entrance.

Also make sure you have written the code correctly, you have entered it to the correct field and clicked Apply coupon.
